Terms of Service **1. Acceptance of Terms** By accessing or using the services offered by Gracefulcuts, LLC (“we,” “us,” or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access our services. **2. Services Offered** Gracefulcuts, LLC provides professional lawn care services in York, Lancaster, and Lebanon in Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Services may include lawn mowing, mulching, seasonal clean-ups, weed control, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice. **3. Payment Terms** Clients will be billed on a recurring basis depending on the nature of the service agreement entered into. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of services. **4. Client Responsibilities** Clients must ensure that their property is free from obstacles such as toys, lawn furniture, and other items that may impede lawn care activity. Additionally, clients must secure pets indoors to avoid interference during service delivery. **5. Cancellation Policy** Clients may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. **6. Liability & Indemnification** While we strive to provide top-quality care, Gracefulcuts, LLC cannot be held liable for any damage caused by natural aging of existing landscapes or adverse weather conditions. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gracefulcuts, LLC from all damages related to our actions or inactions while providing services. **7. Governing Law** These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
